You retain ownership of your work. By submitting, you represent and warrant that you own or control all necessary rights in the entry and every submitted element, including, without limitation, artwork, images, text, logos, trademarks, music, video, photography, likenesses, locations, client materials, confidential information, and collaborator contributions. You confirm that all credits and disclosures are complete and accurate and that the entry does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contract, moral rights, or any other third-party right.

You grant Monoline Design Awards and its affiliates, service providers, jurors, media partners, successors, and authorized designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, copy, adapt, translate, crop, resize, reformat, encode, create excerpts and technical derivatives, transmit, distribute, publicly display, communicate, and otherwise use the entry materials, including, without limitation, for eligibility review, administration, judging, security, recordkeeping, award communications, exhibitions, publications, archives, editorial coverage, websites, email, social media, advertising, publicity, press, educational presentations, and promotion of current or future Monoline Design Awards programs in any media now known or later developed.

If an entry is selected, shortlisted, recognized, or awarded, this license may continue for archival, editorial, historical, exhibition, publicity, and promotional use without additional approval or compensation. You also authorize the reasonable use of the entrant's and credited contributors' names, professional titles, studio or organization names, approved biographies, logos, and submitted likenesses in connection with those uses. Monoline Design Awards may decide whether, when, where, and how to publish or remove materials and is not obligated to use any entry.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, licenses, and approvals that may apply, including, without limitation, permissions from clients, employers, collaborators, photographers, illustrators, models, property owners, music rightsholders, trademark owners, and any person whose personal information or likeness appears in the entry. Do not submit confidential, restricted, or embargoed material without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monoline Design Awards and its affiliates, officers, contractors, jurors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your entry, or an allegation that the submitted materials infringe or violate another person's rights. Monoline Design Awards may reject, remove, disqualify, or require correction of any entry that it reasonably believes is unlawful, misleading, unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with the program rules.
