Early Bird: US$40 through 24 November 2026. Regular Entry: US$60 from 25 November through 14 December 2026. Late Entry: US$80 from 15–31 December 2026. Entries close at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) on 31 December 2026. One entry places one project into one category for the 2027 programme.
