PRIVACY
POLICY.
How Monoline handles contact information, future accounts and submissions, technical data, publication permissions, and privacy requests.
Effective Date
This privacy notice is effective July 25, 2026. Monoline Design Award is currently in pre-launch, and this notice will be updated before account registration and award submissions open.
Information You Provide
When you contact Monoline, we may receive your inquiry type, name, email address, organization, country or region, website, and message. Future account and entry forms may also collect profile details, project information, files, credits, billing records, and eligibility information.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential partnerships, operate account and submission services, review entries, communicate status and results, prevent misuse, maintain records, and publish selected work only under the permissions described in the applicable entry terms.
Entry Materials
Entrants remain responsible for having permission to upload project images, text, logos, client assets, personal credits, and other materials. Unreleased or confidential work should not be submitted until the official confidentiality and embargo rules are published.
Email Communication
Contact-form messages are delivered to Monoline for personal review. We may reply to the address supplied by the sender. We do not currently send an automatic confirmation email from the public contact form.
Service Providers
We may use trusted hosting, security, form-processing, email-delivery, storage, analytics, and payment providers to operate the site. These providers process information only for the services they supply and under their own security and privacy obligations.
Cookies and Technical Data
The public site may generate essential technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error data for hosting, security, and reliability. Any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies will be disclosed and managed as required before use.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, authorized jurors or program partners when necessary for the stated purpose, or with authorities when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of legal rights.
International Processing
Because Monoline is intended for a global audience, information may be processed in countries other than the sender's country. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used where applicable.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for inquiries, operations, award administration, publication permissions, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and security. Retention periods for accounts and submissions will be specified before entries open.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no website, email system, or storage service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page and may require identity verification.
Children and Student Entrants
Eligible students may enter regardless of age. For a child under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create or manage the account, submit the entry, provide verifiable consent before personal information is collected, and control any publication permission. Other minors may also require parent or guardian permission under applicable law.
Policy Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change affects active entrants or account holders, additional notice may be provided through the website or email.
